Consultation Call
During this meeting we will get to know each other better to ensure that we are a fit for each other. We will confirm dates, time, and location of your event. Lastly we will document your vision to better understand your media goals for this event.
Planning Phase
During this phase of the process we will provide you with a quote. This quote will breakdown a timeline for pre event and the day of your event. Once we have come to an agreement of terms and price we will request deposit to lock in your date.
Production Date
Today is your special day. We will follow the timeline to ensure we are all on the same page. Don't worry we understand that things happen. Our Photographers or Videographers are able to handle changes the day of to ensure that your needs are taken care of.
Product Arrival
After editing and retouching of your photos and videos, we will upload your media to the online photo gallery. At this point you will be able to download or print the images from your event.
